"Staff not prepared for fire alarm. Went off there and everyone was running around, no direction for guests. Mixed messages, only 1-7 floor had evacuation order. Asked cleaning lady where stairs are and she couldn’t speak English. Then elevators out most of day. Front desk doesn’t tell you need to use room key in elevator. "

"Loud cars outside window on Main Street but otherwise everything was super. Great location, great room, comfortable bed and easy checkout. Highly recommend!!"

"My sister and I had a quick girls trip here for just relaxation by the pool. The pool was wonderful but bring your own drinks. Our cosmo’s were $24 each. Way overpriced but the hotel stay was an excellent price. Quick walk to dozens of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. "
