The Grand Hotel Birmingham
Overall still a great hotel but noticing standards dropping, no hairdryer in room, tiles are getting dirty in bathroom. Breakfast buffet choice limited in comparison to a London 5* equivalent

The spa facilities were excellent and easy to access, and the staff were helpful, including adding a chair to our room when requested.

Stayed here several times, always a good experience. Hotel ideal for events in Digbeth. Parking very convenient in Moor St car park and only £5 per night. Breakfast was great. Linda on reception was very helpful.

WiFi was terrible. Kitchen didn’t have a knife. Other than that, everything was great.
