Everything was good except they accused me of smoking in the room, which I did not and took my deposit. I feel like they lied just to take my deposit.!!! They have no proof of me smoking in any room because I did not and it did not smell like smoke!!! Everything was good except they lie to keep your money

The staff was very helpful when our TV wasn't working and when we couldn't figure out our AC. They even helped with our toilet and cleaned and replaced our towels while doing so. And our light under the microwave needed to be replaced too. I thought you guys provided things like silverware, plates, cups etc... but I was wrong. I wish we'd still had a lamp or some kind of light at or near the dinner table as it's too dark for me. The only other thing is the 50 dollar deposit when checking in. I almost didn't have it. Thank goodness you took cash. I like this place though and hope to be back.

The location was on the bad side of town. We did feel safe. The pictures were misleading. Did not stay, we checked out immediately.

Horrible hotel , it’s drug addicts and drug dealers all around in and out the hotel. The staff all have nasty attitudes , I think it’s because so many drug affiliated people are around so they think and treat everyone as if they are involved in that kind of stuff. The rooms are dirty on the walls and in the bathrooms. My room did not have a remote the first night , I notified them and they did not bring it until the morning. Switched my room because the new remote didn’t work , just for them to put me in a room where the toilet didn’t flush , the toilet would never fill up with water so the pressure of flushing it was never enough.

I stayed before, thus time I was provided a room to Jefferson Blvd that was very noisy, firefighters and police and the worse free exhaust car and motorcycles making very difficult to sleep at night.
