I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. Lovely decor and design, comfy beds. Very clean. Check in and staff generally need a little more polish to be considered truly 5 star. Room service dinner was nice apart from chunky chips with the fish and chips were hard.
