Hotels near Newport Fishing Pier

"The room was clean and as advertised. The staff, especially at the front desk, were warm and inviting. The pool area and beach front were well maintained and relaxing. The drinks were on the pricy side, but good. The food at the per restaurant and served on the beach was shockingly sub-par for variety and uniqueness. However, it was still delicious. Highly recommend getting some new menus. Overall, relaxing & fun. "

"Good location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, close to a major mall. The hotel is fairly new, clean, and looks modern. That said, I would not return. The biggest issue is the noise. The hotel sits right next to a busy road near Aventura, and the windows are clearly not soundproof. I had one of the worst nights I’ve ever had in a hotel. They moved me, but the damage was already done. I was also promised a credit that never showed up. Parking is another downside — about $40 for a basic suburban garage, which is excessive. Everything else is average at best: amenities, pool, gym, and restaurants. Breakfast is decent if you manage to get service. Overall, not worth the price or the hype. "

"We arrived at night…do not recommend. This is an older property which we usually like but we weren’t clear if it was a condo property or a hotel. There seemed to be a mixture of both. The pool was the highlight of the property. Overall, the inside of our room was clean and obviously updated in the kitchen and bath. The walk to the beach was short and in between the property and the beach there were many restaurants and shops to walk to. Milman’s grocery was our favorite but Publix was close, too. The beach was nice. Turquoise water, white sand. We learned we are more of a Deerfield Beach vacationer than a Miami vacationer. It is obvious the property managers are making improvements and if you’re looking for a budget vacay, this could be for you."
