"Was so disappointed, the staff shuts the ringer off at the front desk so they don’t have to deal with complaints, then when you call them on it their rude, the room was not what we expected, the roof top was the absolute worst of it all, the paint on the floor was scraping off in huge pieces with just your shoe going across it, they haven’t done any upkeep maintenance to that rooftop in many years and it shows, the maintenance and housekeeping isn’t fixing anything that needs to be done, it doesn’t make sense to pay for maintenance men if their not actually fixing anything, would never ever make that mistake again.
