"We absolutely lucked out with this gem. The host, Mark, is hilarious, helpful and super kind. We really enjoyed room 8 with all the thoughtful extras. Our room had great linens and towels, tons of pillows, amazing light with double doors we could leave open and the bathroom was great with the most excellent of water pressure. They made us breakfast every morning which was nice. We took a 15 min walk and were at water’s edge. The town was lovely with good pubs. Thank you, Mark!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay with The Castle Inn! The team were very welcoming to us and our dogs, the rooms were well presented, clean and comfortable. There is a good selection of local drinks available and the food selection and quality was outstanding! The little things really stood out too, such as the “Hungry Dawg” menu for the four-legged ones, a well presented beer garden for the warmer months and a beautiful restaurant. "This is a lovely holiday home, and it’s it good condition, bedding and towels provided was good quality, and the owner came over to show us how to use the oven, witch was brilliant. We loved the area and eating out, and there was plenty to see. But there was a large amount of mould, not just a little bit, but a lot, and I personally have sleep apnea and COPD so this played havoc with my breathing, I barely slept and I a fair few flare ups. So this put a downer on the stay, I would have got my husband to clean the mould to make it more comfortable but as it’s so high up on the ceilings we couldn’t reach. So over all I wouldn’t return to this property unless the mould was addressed. "
