Great stay. Superb breakfast. Parking a little difficult. A handrail on one side for the four wide steps down to the bathroom would be a nice improvement. Other than that it was all excellent.

The hotel is great and the location is good.The town and beach front are both within easy walking distance. The decor is really nice and the breakfast was amazing. Micheal is a superb host and gave us some great info about local places to eat and drink and about the fantastic Craft fair in Tynemouth which was really helpful. We were on the top floor of the holel and the room was extremely warm even with the windows open and using the electric fan which was in the wardrobe. Tea and coffee making facilities were supplied and there was also a microwave in the room.Overall we had a great stay for a couple of nights.

What a gem!

Superb little gem of a hotel. First class service and a breakfast to die for!!! Oh and the freshly baked cookies are worth the stay alone! Just brilliant!

Quiet when I was there but all good, owner very helpful and pleasant. Clean and tidy rooms and bathroom, nice towels and shower gel etc A usb charger would be the only thing I'd add.

A gem of a hotel!

Fantastic hotel, room comfortable and good facilities. Great location for town centre and seafront. Excellent breakfast provided. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.
