Good (cheap) location. Comfortable bed. Flooring in room had cracked making it look a bit shabby. Book breakfast online but pointless doing so, as still had to pay, went to breakfast and got locked out of our room after. Bit of bacon on the floor which just stayed there. Buffet a bit untidy, cereal everywhere. Appreciate it’s a busy day but no real excuse. Have stayed before a few times now. Normally good/ v good, today just okay

Our go to hotel when we go to Newcastle. Great staff who are only too happy to help. Large car park so not usually any problem with parking even when the hotel is busy. No ac in the rooms so was a little warm during the recent heatwave but they provided a fan when asked. Water pressure can be an issue so don’t expect rainfall showers but serviceable. Will be booking again as can usually get a good deal.

Nice cool room on the north facing side, appreciated as there was no air conditioning or fan in the room. Decent cooked breakfast with really friendly and helpful staff on duty. Easy checking in and out. Use the multi-storey car park across the road, it's cheaper than the hotel's own and is locked at night, also your car will be in the shade.

Room was alright for the price, could have been cleaner, staff extra helpful when we wanted more towels and pillows they were provided, was a nice stay however the rooms are dated and the bed wasn’t fixed in place and instead on wheels which made things a little awkward as it kept moving around when I would get up. Hotel itself very clean and looked after; lifts are also clean which is surprising Probably would stay again but wouldn’t be my first choice.
