For the price this hotel was fantastic. Clean, with fresh towels, shampoo, body wash and coffee tea facilities in reception to use for free. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was around £6-10 in an Uber to main nightlife. We would stay here again for the price.
Quiet Clean very close to many shops 12mins walk to town Centre. Regular bus services and very cheap Cab prices.
Staff were very welcoming amd available onsite.
Convenient shop onsite
This is an affordable hotel for a family short stay, clean, appears to be recently refurbished, located in a muslim neighbourhood near a mosque not far from the city centre. Friendly staff. It doesn't have a parking place but they gave us a spot to leave our car overnight. It is good in general if you are looking for a cheap family room for a night or two.
Room very clean. Beds are 10/10. Pillows great. Spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice little shop downstairs with very reasonable prices, don’t over charge.
2nd time I’ve stayed here in 3 months.
Thanks again for a brilliant stay.

Room clean easy access to centre for local transport.
Really fresh, clean room at fantastic value. Friendly staff. Just over a mile walk out of city centre - not the nicest area, but overall value is tremendous. Room was very clean.
For the price absolutely amazing. Me and wife had a concert at utiliia arena and needed somewhere to stay. The city steps may look rundown but for the price it was completely worth it. The room was clean for £40 the price for both of us we had no complaints.
Plugs were not in a convenient place which meant the lamps on the bedside tables weren't actually plugged into anything and we had to charge our phones across the room. In terms of price it was very reasonable and the facilities were kept very clean.

Very clean. Could use a bit more storage (hooks and shelves), especially in the bathroom.

Recommended if you want somewhere to stay for the night. Clean. Friendly staff. 25 min walk from main city centre/arena’s ect. Quiet area. Only bad thing for me was a room for 4 people and there was just 1 plug socket. 4 of us having to take turns to charge phone. Need more , not really ideal in 2025…
Pleasantly surprised for the price we payed.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble.
Rooms clean and spacious.
Although no tea and coffee facilities in the room. These were available in the reception area at no extra cost.
I was able to park at the back of the hotel but parking is limited.
Will definitely stay here again and recommend
Cost of an uber was approx £6 to Newcastle town centre.
I was in Newcastle to visit my niece, who is at university here.
This hotel is incredible value for money. Location is great, room has everything you need and the bed is so comfy! Shower was powerful, everything very clean. One bedroom wall had scuffed paint, and I would have liked a cup or glass in the room for water at night, but none of this affected my stay. For the price of the room, I absolutely cannot fault it!
Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, well stocked little shop downstairs. 1000% would stay here again - thank you so much!

Corner shop next door, plus only 20 mins walk into town
As a solo traveller who uses reasonable priced accommodation on a regular bases this is a new venue for me in Newcastle and was not disappointed.
Less than a 25 min walk from the train station, it does everything on the tin.
Room was small and effective, no noise so a decent couple of nights sleep.
Plus point for football fans, it's a short hop and a jump to St James Park too.
Finally, I will say that the staff were first class in every aspect
So for a midweek stop-off this was absolutely ideal.
