Room lovely and clean, staff very friendly and helpful shops nearby and a lovely walk into city. No parking but parked on a side street just near the hotel. No kettle in room but free tea and coffee downstairs. Lovely place

For the price this hotel was fantastic. Clean, with fresh towels, shampoo, body wash and coffee tea facilities in reception to use for free. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was around £6-10 in an Uber to main nightlife. We would stay here again for the price.

Pleasantly surprised for the price we payed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. Rooms clean and spacious. Although no tea and coffee facilities in the room. These were available in the reception area at no extra cost. I was able to park at the back of the hotel but parking is limited. Will definitely stay here again and recommend Cost of an uber was approx £6 to Newcastle town centre.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and some of the amenities were adequate enough. However, the blind was broken above one of the beds which let in an excessive amount of light in the early hours of the morning, which was extremely unideal with a four year old and a one year old child staying. Directly outside the hotel and room were traffic lights on the busy street below, which gave a lot of traffic noise, especially when vehicles were beeping their horns at each other. Though this is not the fault of the hotel, I feel as if this could have been taken into account when accommodating a young family and that it could’ve been mentioned on the hotel listing. Lastly, a fire alarm went off at midnight, apparently due to someone smoking in their room. It took until 2am to settle both children after this. We brought this up with the hotel staff the following morning and they did apologise.

Quiet Clean very close to many shops 12mins walk to town Centre. Regular bus services and very cheap Cab prices. Staff were very welcoming amd available onsite. Convenient shop onsite

This is an affordable hotel for a family short stay, clean, appears to be recently refurbished, located in a muslim neighbourhood near a mosque not far from the city centre. Friendly staff. It doesn't have a parking place but they gave us a spot to leave our car overnight. It is good in general if you are looking for a cheap family room for a night or two.

For the price absolutely amazing. Me and wife had a concert at utiliia arena and needed somewhere to stay. The city steps may look rundown but for the price it was completely worth it. The room was clean for £40 the price for both of us we had no complaints.

Plugs were not in a convenient place which meant the lamps on the bedside tables weren't actually plugged into anything and we had to charge our phones across the room. In terms of price it was very reasonable and the facilities were kept very clean.

Recommended if you want somewhere to stay for the night. Clean. Friendly staff. 25 min walk from main city centre/arena’s ect. Quiet area. Only bad thing for me was a room for 4 people and there was just 1 plug socket. 4 of us having to take turns to charge phone. Need more , not really ideal in 2025…
