"We recently stayed at OKANA Resort and overall had a good experience. The pool was definitely a highlight the temperature was perfect and made it really enjoyable to relax and spend time there. The food prices were reasonable for a resort, which we appreciated. We do wish the app had a bit more information about daily activities. One issue we experienced was with housekeeping essentials; we arrived to empty body wash, conditioner, and shampoo, and although we were told we were on a rush priority list after calling, it took over an hour to receive them. We ultimately had to ask a housekeeper directly to get what we needed. Parking was somewhat challenging if you don’t pay for the garage parking space. Uncovered parking is not too bad when the weather is nice the walk is not bad, but when the weather is cold and windy you can second guess not paying for the covered parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

"Everything looked great until we got into our room. Water damaged wallpaper and ceiling, toilet rocked and bathroom faucet was loose. Bathroom also had a loud, low-pitched rumble. Eating area was amazing, and breakfast was tremendous. "

"We stay at only this property when we are in town. The night clerk, Alen, is so warm and welcoming; the rooms are always clean; the breakfast and the water are always hot!! We cut our stay short because they were too full to accommodate us another night. Thank you!!"
