Central, convenient & comfortable.

This is proving to be very comfortable & convenient & Im considering a longer stay with my business in Newcastle ongoing, I cant think of a better location for being central to the city & it allows me to at the end of the day being able to switch off & wind down & enjoy the peace & privacy this place has to offer.

So far so good. The design of the building has cleverly incorporated the particular angles & slants of walls & corners to ensure that no one else in the other units can see their neighbours either from inside or from the private balcony Suits me for the time being. The cleaning staff are very helpful & friendly. A couple of standard items broke in the unit as in the hairdryer & the kettle but thats to be expected when these items are constantly used by ever

Apartment was very tidy and plenty of room and would probably stay there again. The only issues were that the shower constantly dribbled all night (needs new washer). Car parking was good the first night. Someone took our park the second night. We had to park on the street. 2 or 3 broken cars around the property made it look untidy.

When i called the day prior regarding check in there was no notice that our accommodation had changed to another site, it was only when we arrived late in the day that we realised. With 3 young kids we felt we had no option but to stay. All the parking was full so we couldnt park near our room. All could be forgiven with a good nights sleep. Unfortunately there was someone banging on doors and yelling all night frightening my kids and keeping us awake. The only positives was that check in and out was easy and all information was sent via text.

We stayed here several years ago and the apartments were great. We would not stay here again. Only towels provided, no face cloth, hand towel or floor mat provided. No tea towel. Dishwasher tabs provided, No dishwasher. Certainly gone to the pack. Watch out for the man in Unit One, he likes to lay down the law.

Property was dirty upon arival. Manager organised cleaner to attend. Property still appeared dirty with what appeared to be food stuck to blanket and hairs through the beds. Ended up not staying and was refused a refund or compensation. Will be following up due to breach of consumer rights.

Nothing good.about this place apart from the fact its cheap. And nasty. You book for 2pm check in they tell you its actually 3pm then say not ready until 7pm. Hopeless! Aircon doesn't turn off. No fan in bathroom complex is noisy and backs onto main road, do yourself a favour and dont stay here

As we had an important engagement to attend we gave up in disgust and found alternate accommodation at another location. Accomodation is absolutely filthy. Every piece of furniture is damaged and disgusting, floors were sticky and unclean, the sink had mould in it. Looks nothing like the photos and the area is very dodgy. The accomodation is almost certainly commission housing being rented out illegally. Avoid at all costs, stay away.

Firstly the place & surrounding didn't feel safe, unit had dirty feel, no blinds on main bedroom, the sound from neighboring property's were disturbing. The carpark had run-down cars with smashed windows, after looking at google reviews stating that a car had been stolen, blood on walls etc, we felt it wasn't safe for our young family to stay at this location so after 20-30 minutes we vacated

Do not believe what you see with the pictures they post of this property it is disgusting inside and out. The unit was not clean at all hair and food on the floors, the bathroom tap had literally fallen off and the windows in the bedrooms did not close. I.was told 3pm checking in we didn't get in untill after 4pm as the cleaner was cleaning the unit. They say no smoking but the whole unit block inside is filled with cigarette smoke which filters into the apartments. DO NOT STAY HERE

The beds were comfy.Shower pressure was good, The chairs were metal outdoor chairs as dining table chairs very noisy everytime you moved.Very uncomfortable sit on. The balcony chairs were foldable chairs in very poor condition. The couch wasnt comfy and was squeaky. No tv remote. Dryer in the dining area,one balcony door didnt lock! Floor was sticky. Carpet was worn out in many spots. Warped cupboards in bathroom.
