"Fantastic view of Newcastle Beach. The hotel was well appointed, check in was excellent, the room and bathroom was spotless and the staff were very welcoming. Overall, great experience and will definitely stay there again."

"The property is in a good location and the rooms were comfortable. We had a few small issues and chatted to reception and these were rectified very quickly. The only issue I found was the limited communication regarding the current building works on site which resulted in the impact on onsite parking and road changes based on Main roads works around the location. Would certainly stay again."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Contacted about getting an extra towel and it arrived within minutes. Great location easy to get around the city. They are upgrading their rooms ours was not updated yet, downfall was the bathroom. Shower was in the bath and very small, mould in the shower curtain and grout all coming away. But that should all be fixed with updating. Felt a bit expensive for an outdated room. "
