"Super first floor flat. Accessed via outside stairs. Clean and very well presented. Close to pubs/restaurants/town centre. Right next to public car park. Host left milk/water for guests. Makes a huge difference. Thankyou! Double bed, and comfy double sofa bed. Well kitted out kitchen. Would recommend and would definitely use again. Many thanks"

"- The attitude of management after our first stay on cleaning issues was rude and deducted £50/- for most of the spots which were not done by us and some of the spots were easily removable - Asking us for TV remote on our second stay during our check-in which was very disappointing check-in for us. We tried to cancel the booking of the second stay but as the amount was paid in advance so management refused to refund. - Slow water flow in the basin of the bathroom - Not clear in sending keys...

"Although i have stayed with ESA before this was by far my worst experience. There were no toiletries in the property and and the water had a distinct smell. It was a below par experience"
