"Apartment was in an excellent location for town and had everything needed. Unfortunately the safe didn’t work and the toilet seat was broken. Having contacted the host on the first evening about these, we heard nothing during the 3 day stay."

"This was a newer listed property and didn't have all the things listed provided."

"Beautiful apartment in a lovely location. Communication by the owners was excellent. They even helped with longer parking"

"A clean and spacious flat with good facilities. Nice bathroom. Comfy main bed. Tight parking space but in car park with barrier. It was a heatwave, which couldn't be helped, and we stayed on a night with a late England football game, so it wasn't the most comfortable night's stay. The circumstances were exceptional but The flat was very close to two pubs, one that is regularly open until 2am apparently, so it was very noisy at night."

"The kitchen had a cigarette smell; perhaps the curtains had not been cleaned or changed. Sheets were clean, but the dishes and general cleanliness were not good. Location was okay. "

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"
