"The property was great, very comfortable for a family of 4. The area is lovely too - we went for a walk in the evening by the river and stopped by the Tayview pub for a drink with the locals. Great experience. Also, location is great. Only 20 minutes away from Perth, and easy drive to St. Andrews."

"Accommodation excellent, very central . Dundee far exceeded my expectations, what a lovely place to visit. Only about a 10 minute walk from train station and most places walkable but also lots of buses if you want to explore. The apartment was just perfect, very comfortable and location couldn't have been better ."

"Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally."

"Property is nothing like the advertisement. Paint coming off walls, uncomfortable bed and pillow, faulty light in toilet, no kitchen facilities as advertised and no communication."

"What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...

"After a long drive to get there it was lovely to dump the cases and get into the hot tub. The accommodation was better than expected and we both enjoyed our stay there. We were told that the drive was a wee bit tight but other than that, no issues"

"Thank you for a lovely stay - the room was very comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. The only minor thing that could be improved would be to increase the size of the breakfast area (maybe let the main restaurant area be used) as the dining room was very crowded and we were lucky to get the last table available. "Staff are exceptional service was great the hotel is a little tired but rooms were clean and adequate. Roseline was excellent on reception. The bar being open later for guest is great. The breakfast was good and the location perfect for visiting Perth and Scone Palace is a must visit. Cannot Thank the staff enough. Would stay again. "

"Check in was easy. The staff was very nice. Main reception said we could get something to eat at the restaurant at 11:30 AM - not true. They did not open for lunch until noon. The rooms were spacious. There was a loud party in the private dining / party area. Luckily they got more quiet around 10 PM. Breakfast was good. "
