"A map of the hotel would have been helpful. It was like a maze. Our phone didn't work and no info of amneties. Loading and unloading luggage was challenging as there was not ALot of space. Luggage carts were few and far between. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. An ID needed at the bar regardless of age but at pool most people don't think to bring one down."

"This is our go to hotel for the past 3 years with our kids who are 5 & 7 ! The breakfast in the morning is always good, the pool is a ton of fun and has a wonderful view of the bay and ocean! It’s a 5 min drive to ally oops and a walk across the street to the beach! Highly recommended "

"Location was fantastic being right at the end of the boardwalk. Parking was easy and had many options. Room was clean and spacious. Ocean views were fantastic from the in room balcony. Only complaint to note was the indoor pool didnt seem to filter very well and had a lot of contaminants floating (hair, dirt, sand). This did not affect the overall trip, just something to be aware of. "

"Breakfast was great, assuming you can find somewhere to sit. Bar was under renovation and no one said we would be across the street at the annex hotel, where there is no staff, except housekeeping, you have to cross the street to have breakfast and good luck finding a seat! We had to go on a hunt to find an ice machine since the one on our floor didn't exist, parking absolutely was awful, our "city view" was of a barren parking lot and a very tired rooftop. Oh and lets not forget tge bathroom with the chipped/peeling paint above the shower, and the bathroom light did not consistently work, not that there was any way to get help, since all the staff are across the dang street! I will absolutely NEVER stay here again, and would not recommend it to anyone. Between the bait and switch with the hotel room/building, lack of staff in second building, having to cross the street to eat breakfast, and the yuck bathroom its a nope. Go elsewhere. "

"Everything was incredible from check in to check out. The indoor pool was great. The room was very spacious and beautiful. Requested extra towels and blankets and received them right away. The only reason for the 3 star on cleanliness is because one of the sheets had dried up food on it, there was a foot print on one of the bed sheets and one of the bath towels had dirt still in it. BUT those werent reasons to write home about. We didnt complain because, simply, it happens! The staff was 10 out of 10! The stay was great and we will certainly book again!!! Thank you a great stay!"
