Out side of property make initially want to question your decision but inside is spacious, decorated and exceptionally clean. Newly renovated inside. Restaurant in same building big plus and walkable area. Exceptional stay.

The property itself was beautiful, had a history and well kept. The street to get to the parking lot was flooded for two days.

The apt was very spacious, cutely decorated, and had a huge shower. It was in a central location close to boardwalk, the university and local restaurants and bars. The host and staff was very responsive and pleasant. The only down side was the noise from the local bars. But once you shut the windows it makes the sound muffled. Dont be swayed by the old look of the bdlg because the inside is renovated and the bdlg actually has history.

The property was close to were we needed to be and it was clean. The pictures of the unit were NOT for the unit we rented. It was totally different from the pictures. The loft was dated and rough. The shower was unsafe without a shower bar. The mattresses needed to be replaced.

Owner very responsive and helpful. Property centrally located and easy to get to from multiple directions. Clean. It was a bit echo-y and you could hear other families staying in nearby rooms, and the outside street was a little noisy from cars going by (it’s located on route to the hospital so you hear ambulances going by) but I’m a light sleeper and was able to do fine with ear plugs. We stayed in Apt B. Nice kitchen and bathroom. There were 2 bedrooms and an small office. Only one bedroom had doors, while the other was separated from the hall by a curtain, and the office was separated from the hall by a curtain. It worked fine for our purposes, but it’s helpful to know that it’s the type of property that works best for a small family or someone single. Overall worked well for our needs and we were happy with our stay!
