"Very clean and friendly staff "

"Everything was great, the lobby was very nice, the bar/restaurant was excellent. A little taken aback at first that the breakfast buffet was $24 per person when we thought it was included, but the food was good and frequently replenished. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. And you get warm cookies and water on check-in, what could be better. "

"Unfortunately the skywalk is not open on weekends from Penn Station which was the main attraction for booking. Cleaning staff left a dirty glass in hallway for 3 days., We had to wait till 8am for extra towels although room booked for 4 people. Breakfast is too expensive for what is offered. This would not be my first choice again."

"First, the shuttle van was in poor condition, obviously damaged in an accident, with barely any A/C on a mid 80s day. This is a very dated and worn down property. Public areas are in better shape than the rooms. Elevators had dirty floors. Our room had peeling wallpaper, rusted bathroom door hinges, grossly stained chairs and carpets, etc, etc. Even the do-not-disturb sign was worn and ragged! We requested a change and were shown an "updated" room. Pretty much just as bad. I was told this is a corporate Hilton property...hard to believe. We won't return to this property."
