Great location for traveling to the city, very clean, and very accommodating. Only negative is that the walkway with cafe/restaurant options is not open on weekends which we were not aware of, leaving us with limited options.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The front desk was rude and dismissive upon arrival. The room had numerous stains on carpet, on bedding and a stain on the curtain that resembled blood. Unknown pill or mint? In ice bucket. The shower gel dispenser in shower was empty.

Outstanding front desk staff and friendly employees also spacious clean rooms, excellent room attendants great heated pool nice gym . Enjoyed the coffee and free breakfast . Will definitely visit again when I’m in town. Highly recommend this to anyone.
I would absolutely avoid this hotel. First, the room was disgusting. The sheets on the beds had visible dirt marks when we pulled the covers back. The body wash in the shower was completely empty. We didn't notice until after my husband took a shower but there was dried poop on the floor between the toilet and the tub! When we reported it to the the front desk (Anniqua), they sent someone who tried to argue that it wasn't poop it was "oxidization", and even when they attempted to clean it up, it looked liked smeared poop on the floor. The TVs are not able to be streamed to and there is only very basic programming with HBO options. There is a channel that scrolls through what is currently showing on each channel that you have to suffer through or channel surf up and down to find something to watch. There are homeless people sleeping the entire perimeter of the building, some with tents (very sad). Not what I was expecting when I booked this "4-star hotel". We initially asked the hotel if we could get a different room, but Anniqua said that they were fully booked and had no other rooms. We asked if we could get a refund since we were not planning on staying any longer because it was gross. Anniqua said that since we booked using a third party (Expedia), they were unable to issue a refund. We contacted Expedia and they reached out to this hotel to ask them to cancel the reservation so they could issue a refund but Anniqua told them that she wouldn't do it!
The area to pull the car in to go check in was extremely congested. Parking garage was ok I guess. Lobby was very run down and check in staff was disengaged. Room itself was clean. Beds were super small for room designed for 4 people. City noise was extremely prominent. Room was booked for 4 people yet we only had 2 bath towels. After concert at Prudential Center, I stopped at front desk to get 2 more towels only to be told that there was nothing they could do because housekeeping requests had to be in by 10pm. I don't know where this information was displayed or communicated, but felt extremely non-hospitable. Staff member mentioned housekeeping opened at 8am and they would bring two additional towels then. Nope. And to top it off no one would answer the front desk phone or the housekeeping phone the entire time we were there. Very poorly run hotel. Would not recommend.
Room was mediocre, blanket on bed was severely stained and there was stuff splattered on walls in bathroom

The room was nice the only problem was tv also the excellator going down was broken again. When i was there summer of 2023 it was broken. Lastly there is no place to heat your food. The staff was excellent the guy who came to fix my tv was sweet, curtious and professional. And the front staff waa great. As as always the cookies were on point.
We have staff or I don’t know who. They open our bedroom door Sunday and Monday around 9:15 in the morning both days.. and no one was at the door went we got near our door I call the front desk and they told me it was house keeping trying to clean the room early. Parking was 120 dollars for two nights and Breakfast was 68 dollars for one bagel two coffees one apple juice and Some fruit. This hotel is so dangerous. They open my doors both days and the linen were dirty. I need to ask them to change it because smells like sweat have oil on the pillows so bad experience in this hotel.. SAD

Front desk was check in was nice but room had a funny smell and stained up carpets.
At check in our 1st room 912 had hair all on the pillows and mix match linen. The sheet looked soiled. We went back to the front Desk because there are no phones in the rooms and no one is answering the app. The second room 1012 was better but why should you have to request housekeeping services. We were not notified about this. No apology for the dirty room either. Room 1012 had a physical phone with no fail tone! The shower light blinked the entire stay. Only 1 wash cloth for 2 persons. The man that worked over night Friday very short and unpleasant. The safe a plus, the micro wave a good idea. Definitely not double treat standards. A note pace and pen would be nice. The Cookies delicious . Shuttle service a driver were pleasant. We ran out of bath soap, it was not filled back up!
