"Nice vintage-style room. We rushed to arrive by 7pm, as the office closed at 7. We arrived at 6:50 only to find the closed sign. Had to hit the emergency button. We prepaid for breakfast, but received no details from the young man that checked us in; however a beautiful and large breakfast was delivered to our room just before 8am. Had we been informed, we would have answered our door faster. The apartment was mostly clean, had adequate kitchen and included instant tea, coffee, and cocoa. A container of milk was provided at check in. Bed was comfortable; did find several long hairs on the sheets. Separate shower and toilet rooms were nice. Washroom vanity is very small. Hairdryer was great! Parking was right in front of our apartment. "

"Room small, very dusty & lots of hair strands in the bathroom around the sink. Needs a thorough deep clean. Dirty windows. No room to move around. Not good value give it was over $200 per night"

"Given an unexpected family room with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette with microwave plus washer & dryer. Very handy. Not so close to the main central shopping area but not too far to walk either. Paid Parking for car in the next building."

"Beautiful upgraded room with wrap around balcony. Staff was amazing, although they seemed to be short staffed much of the time. No fault of the staff, as they often seemed to be doing double or triple duty. But occasionally things were a bit slow. I would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic and very walkable. "

"This was the most wonderful little boutique! We wished we could have stayed more days. The room was divine, amenities inside the room incredibly thoughtful. Cook to order breakfast was absolutely lovely. Make friends with the little dog Lola- she's the cutest! "
