The room was good, although there was some noise at night....I think it was the aircon systems, eventhough ours was off at night. The hot water didn't work for a day, but they fixed that quickly when reported, I was disappointed that they charged $4 per bag for holding on day of departure & arrival. ...

Lotte New York Palace
Amazing hotel, spent Christmas which was just magical. My only gripe was all the tourists coming inside to have photos taken so if you wanted to just sit down in the lobby area it was impossible
