Amazing location! We didn’t encounter any lines during our stay. The staff we talked to in the hotel all were very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and towels/soap/lotion changed. Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
The AC in the room did not work, multiple calls down to the front desk and it still did not wor. On one of the calls I was told by maitnenance it was too close to the end of their shift so it was not their problem... The radiator heat however would not turn off leaving the room a balmy 80 degrees ...

Amazing friendly staff willing to help with anything! The wine happy hour - with entertainment! So so good! And the Rum House right in the hotel- great cocktails with again amazing live music. Location was fantastic! Definitely staying here again!
