Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
⸻ Disappointed with my stay. The staff were not friendly, and despite arriving 2 hours after check-in time, my room was still not ready. I had paid extra for two beds but they said they have only room for 1bed. What’s worse is there was no apology for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional.

Hotel Edison Times Square
The set up of the bathroom was extremely poor. Hard to get to the toilet or even the sink because there was no space. The bathroom door, when opened touched the tub, blocking any access.
