Hyatt Grand Central New York
The room was good, although there was some noise at night....I think it was the aircon systems, eventhough ours was off at night. The hot water didn't work for a day, but they fixed that quickly when reported, I was disappointed that they charged $4 per bag for holding on day of departure & arrival. ...

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
Our favorite thing was the convenience of the location. So very close to everything. Or easily accessible to the subway. Very clean and friendly helpful staff.

Lotte New York Palace
Amazing hotel, spent Christmas which was just magical. My only gripe was all the tourists coming inside to have photos taken so if you wanted to just sit down in the lobby area it was impossible

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
The room was older but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a change of plans and needed to change booking from a King to a Queen, which was done.
