Clean, safe, and a wonderful room for our family stay in NYC. Staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast options that were included. The staff even gave us four vouchers for everyday since we had four in our party.

DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown
Clean hotel in a great location, terrific staff. Felt safe. Rooms comfortable, easy to sleep in. My only gripe is that 3 small elevators serve the entire building of 44 floors! We were often waiting for a LONG time for the elevator to come to or take us to the 17th floor.
