This property was at all times full of kids who gathered around elevators and lobby area. There was mold on soap holder in shower, they put a queen sheet on a king bed that kept coming off. The breakfast coffee area was a huge inconvenience .

On one of the calls I was told by maitnenance it was too close to the end of their shift so it was not their problem... The radiator heat however would not turn off leaving the room a balmy 80 degrees ...
