"It's a private very clean modern apartment in downtown Tampa. Perfect place to stay on business. I used the fitness center and got a great workout in. There is a parking lot across the street that's $15 for overnight parking which is cheaper than most hotels in the area. Stayed twice and had the same positive experience both times. "

"Enjoyable stay. The staff was excellent and very helpful, the room was nice and tidy. With the recent cold weather in Tampa the room was temperature remained at a comfortable level. The amenities were also nice, and bonus for having a Wawa within walking distance. The only thing that I wish I'd taken advantage of was the shuttle to the cruise port, but overall it was an excellent stay. "
