房間看起來乾淨整潔，浴池水流很強優點。水質乾淨有海水+硫磺味很道地，泡完身體都發熱起來（有傷口不宜泡）。但是隔音真的很差，走廊有人說話都聽得一清二楚，空調超乾燥，冷氣暖氣吹出來都一樣。浴室臨大馬路 氣窗打開外面車聲隆隆。雙人床是兩張單人床拼起來的。櫃檯解說巨細靡遺，又快又沒感情，換個有熱誠的吧。

房間寬敞，有室內溫泉浴缸 有幾項小缺點： 1.冰箱、冷氣有些許噪音，但如果不是聲音敏感者還可以接受 2.身高175以上可能會覺得床不夠長

旅店位於金山區，環境非常寧靜，溫泉質素高，唯入夜後附近食店不多，金山老街亦關門，如非自駕遊比較麻煩，唯旅店對面酒店有中菜餐廳，附近亦有便利店。另外，希望旅店能增添洗衣及乾衣設備，使入住旅客更方便。

整體非常棒!櫃台人員(小美眉)服務態度優良、親切。不是為了禮物給的好評~真心推薦!!套房內溫泉浴池很棒...日後若有機會到金山必會再次入住。 美中不足的是咖啡機飲品不是很好~ ，但已CP值夠~ 若房務打掃好，即可入住唷!

一樓大廳裝潢的很好.但是房況要加強.

電視搖控器是沒有電的.開電視要手控.跟冷氣搖控器交換電池才正常使用.浴室馬桶旁會積水.晚上起來上側所腳都濕了.早上要梳洗上側所又濕了室內拖鞋.真的是很不舒服.房間燈光過於昏暗.側所門旁的角落.床頭櫃移開後很不乾淨.整個地板都是黏黏的.很不舒服的住宿經驗.整晚都沒睡好.
