"Airport shuttle excellent. Windowshade in room broken: couldn't put it up in the morning, so room was very dark. Breakfast fine but no one keeping up with coffee (until asked) or cleaning off tables, etc. Generally pleasant staff. Room comfortable except for shade issue."

"The room was clean upon arrival, the heater/ac did not work correctly - the room was hot the entire stay and no amount of putting the temp on cool worked - the unit ran the entire time and never seemed to cool down. We unfortunately had hotel guests on the same floor as ours that were loud and obnoxious until about 4:30 in the morning - not the hotel’s fault they had no filters, but made the night sleepless and with the temp issue made it even more uncomfortable to sleep."

"Worst hotel stay I can remember and I have stayed in hotels for nearly 200 nights over the past 7 years. The hotel itself is fine and the staff nice enough but there is a club next door and they play loud music until 2:30 AM. I couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours each night because the noise from the club. And the hallway noise is terrible, slamming doors and loud people but that died down around 11:30. I have learned a painful lesson to check the businesses nearby a hotel for when they close to prevent another awful sleepless stay, And to top it off the hotel refused to refund any portion of the stay. Horrible experience, worst stay ever, never stay here again. "
