Guest rooms were very clean and inviting; with good decor and extra large space. We would have liked to see a TV in the main den/ living area( had a fireplace that did not work with the remote) Breakfast was just ok. Appreciated the fresh blueberries (No sink area) . Very large eating area/table to gather was especially nice. I would recommend to stay at Moondance ....property manager very responsive and nice.

Very clean and quiet, beautiful property, Central air, 24hour access to coffee/tea, microwave. 2 friendly outside cats. Beautiful dining/living are. Comfortable bed. Breakfast had fresh fruit, yogurts, cereal, and packaged bagels and muffins, all acceptable.

Ststers' Get-Away!

My sisters and I were meeting for a sisters get-away. This bed and breakfast was extremely nice. The price was perfect, there was food available, and it was clean. It is smaller but very comfortable and quiet. I would recommend the Moondance Ridge Bed and Breakfast.

A fantastic B&B

A lovely hidden gem! My partner and I loved staying here. So close to downtown proper of New Paltz, but just outside enough to enjoy the quiet and solitude. Pablo makes the house and the stay warm, clean, safe and comfortable. The sauna is amazing! Highly recommend!

This is a lovely small hotel with nicely decorated rooms. It was very quiet; we rarely saw other guests or staff, which made it feel nicely private. Breakfast, while simple, was perfectly adequate and actually available all day. The only thing I didn't like is that the bed is really high; I'm very short and could have used a small step stool to climb in with ! But it was very comfortable and we slept well. This was a nostalgic trip for us, as we used to own one of the houses next door (40 years ago!), so having a lovely place to stay in this so familiar neighborhood was really special.

Lovely bed and breakfast on a beautiful, quiet property close to Minnewaska State Park, filled with loads of mountains and hikes! Check and check out was easy, the breakfast spread was great, and the rooms are large and comfy, complete with all the amenities you would dream of for a little upstate escape. The sauna, jacuzzi bathtubs, and fire pit were an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Hot tub for the win!!

We had a great stay at the Moondance. Loved the big ole jetted tub in the Moondance Suite! The bed was comfy and the room spacious. The breakfast was simple, bagels and other baked goods, with some fruit and DIY fresh squeezed orange juice. We'll definitely be back.

A respite in the road of life.

My wife and I stayed there because we were going to a wedding. My only complaint was that my wife and I couldn't enjoy this beautiful B & B. For a quiet, a little rustic, out of the way lodging, go there and you will be undoubtedly impressed. We're definitely going back for the Fall season.

Everything was OK quiet, peaceful, and comfortable close to town. Breakfast was a surprise as it was a continental breakfast not a hot breakfast as we have had at most BNB’s. Climate was controlled centrally, not by The individual room. The host was attentive

This was the perfect "do it yourself check in" spot for a couple of days of exploration of the New Paltz/Gunks area. I met lovely people at breakfast, read on the porch, luxuriated in the whirlpool tub in my room after a long day of hiking. Highly recommend it. I'll be back. Thank you!
