Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Concierge was helpful when we had need of something. Rooms are spacious but a little worn down (black stains on the corner of the shower, pink stains on the bathroom walls). Bed sheets had some stains on them and our room wasn't cleaned on a cleaning day. ...

The concierge, Roxie McCovins is top shelf, very helpful and attentive to all our questions. She really does go above and beyond! Be ready for parking if you drive in, it is an extra $50+ a day to park in the hotel parking structure which to me seemed like they are milking the guests. No help from ...

Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE by IHG
Great staff, very clean, nice rooms and its perfect location to everything. The restaurant is very very slow. You will wait 20 minutes before you get a cup of water. Food is good but more workers are needed.
