"For the most part this place was amazing! We went with two adults and three kids ages 7, 9, and 11. Problems in our room though. Leaky sink, toilet wouldn’t flush, and AC didn’t work. The staff was very helpful, though, and gave us a comped night for our troubles."

"After many trips to NOLA we finally decided to stay at HM. It is iconic. The bar is great with some banger live music. It was very busy and that may not be for everyone. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Very good shower and spacious bathroom. Staff was great. The drawbacks? Pool was closed ..."
