New Orleans hotel rooms a the Best Western

"They didn't have the room I reserved, so we spent 25 minutes trying to figure that out after a 10 hour drive! Then I was informed that "on site parking" was talking about their valet which was $50 a night! It was that or park away from the property! The only thing I found acceptable was the breakfast. They had a nice selection and kept it stocked. I will not be returning"

"We were told it was free parking, but they could not accommodate our Chevy van. The manager said that they would offset a portion of our bill for the $200 we had to pay for parking when we check out. When we checked out , they refused to give us any offset."

"Clean room. Easy check in process. Was given a goodie bag with food credits and activity vouchers. Free flavored water dispenser machine in the main lobby. This hotel was centrally located and an easy walk to Bourbon, French market/Jackson Square, and Canal. Would stay here again "
