This hotel could coordinate with the airline schedule and accommodate for those passengers who arrive early. I arrived form Miami to New Orlean (msy) at about 9am and checked in a 4p. I think it would be better if they change their check in time. Overall the staff was great, experience great.

The tub was clogged when we arrived. The water in the shower did not get hot. The room floor was not level, noticeably, so it felt like walking down an incline. Parking is terrible. They charge you $45/night and you have to walk two blocks to park. The staff was nice.
