"They were unable to locate my reservation because it was third party so I had to wait at the front desk at least 20 minutes just for them to pull my reservation. There was hair in the shower. You have to scan a qr code that has issues to pay for parking however there are almost no parking spots available. Checkout is at 11 and I was running about 5 minutes behind and was in the process of packing so that I could leave. Housekeeping started knocking and kept knocking until I got to the door ever when I said one second I’m coming. She was rude however I understand she might have had a tight schedule it just delayed me more instead of her just saying please check out asap or something she’s wanting to have a convo and stare at me. Won’t be back."

"Extremely dissapointed in room described as kitchenette. It had sink, toaster coffee-maker, small (not mini) fridge & microwave. No silverware, plate nor stovetop (not even portable).No dish sopa or dish towels. Had to run water several minutes to get hot water for shower. Had to get staff to clean out tub drain after standing in soap /dirty water of shower. "

"Very good location highway is across the street, gas station is basically next door for those traveling, staff was extremely nice and courteous room was clean my bathroom tub could have been cleaned just a little better however overall the stay was good! I will definitely book again!"

"Abdul checked us in a room upstairs. Come to find out, it was a smoking room and he changed it for us with no problem. He was a friendly, cheerful host!"

"Everything was great except the toilet in the bathroom was too low to the floor. I didn't think to request a handicap room, however, a friend that was staying in a handicap room when we were there said that the bed was too low to the floor and asked to be moved. Otherwise everything was great. Perhaps you may consult the ADA for suggestions on improving the accessibility."
