Customer service staff at check in was helpful and very responsive to our needs. Somehow we got assigned a smoking room. Could not accept room as totally smelled awful. Able to change to a smaller nonsmoking room. Motel is older and needs some upgrades. However, the room was very clean.

Would not recommend for the price, there are much nicer places for less money. Room was clean but furnishings were run down. The whirlpool tub was dirty and did not work. TV also did not work-staff had to replace cable box. Pictures on Expedia do not accurately represent what the property is actually like. Air conditioner was very cold though, and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Our rooms were on the third floor in the elevator was broken. The sink in our room was marble and broken in three places and put back together very sloppy with caulking. There was a whole punched in our bathroom wall. There were cigarette burns in our sheets the refrigerator looked like somebody drug it behind a truck plus it was rusty. I am not sure how this hotel received a 4.1 star rating. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was fairly clean, but there was a used bar of soap left in the shower and hair on the floor in the bathroom, we rented two rooms in the adjoining room was not in much better shape plus when we walked in the window was wide open and there was no screen in the window. I feel this hotel was very misrepresented on Expedia. I have stayed in nice super eights. This was not one of them.

I’ve been staying here for a few times now, excellent service. Very convenient area close to malls and shopping centers. All fast food restaurants 5-10 minutes away. Love the quietness.
