The Midtown Hotel MOD Collection by Sonesta

The Midtown Hotel MOD Collection by Sonesta

8/10 Good
"Clean room and property. Parking garage is well maintained and easy to access. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Hotel is located within a five block walk of bus/train stop. Downsides: if you are taller than 65 inches, you will need to crouch in the shower to wash your hair. I was on the first floor. There wasn’t an ice bucket in the room so getting ice out of the machine with only a wide mouth water bottle was tricky. The grab and go breakfast will tied you over until you can get a real breakfast: small prepackaged muffin and a container of OJ. Would stay here again!!!"

"I was disappointed there was no one to help me lift my baggage from the sidewalk into the hotel up three steps. The sidewalk is on a slope and my bags are on wheels. I was worried they would roll away. Also, I was disappointed in the bar/restaurant offering; my first night I was informed that they did not serve breakfast and so did not try to eat in there until my last night which was pleasant but a very limited menu."
