"on checkout although I had comfirmation of payment I was made to wait as the guy manning the reception did not know what was going on. I was irritated as I had to carry my own luggage to reception. Bell boy was asleep. receptionist did nor get him up."

"Loved the amazing Sunday buffet spread we had at HOTEL airport city. Everything from salads to Italian, Indian and the Asian section was so freshly prepared and delicious. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming and ensure that you have a good time. We loved the desserts section as well. The live music was a cherry on the cake!"
