Dirty, looked unsafe. Clearly long term residents with boxes piled in windows. Didn’t even check-in, drove around property and booked elsewhere.

AC wasn’t functioning properly, cleaning supplies left in the bathroom, and shower curtain smelled of cigarettes, but hair still in the tub and around the toilet, pillow case had dried goop. Free breakfast was very limited: waffle maker was out of order, fruit flies on the juice machine. Staff was helpful with our late checkin, and amicable when told why were leaving.

Only issue was that the elevator was out of service. Hopefully, service has been called to get it running. Without the elevator it was a little inconvenient in handling luggage for the upper floors. (I stayed on the 2nd floor during my visit.)

During my check in the representative made me feel like I was bothering her. When I asked about breakfast, she gave me the time and made sure to point out that there was a sign on the wall indicated the hours. Her attitude was not the best for someone in customer service.

Obvious water damage across the ceiling of the room with pealing paint. Bathroom had been superficially cleaned with dust built up in every corner. Another guest had a full charcoal grill outside their door which probably is a fire hazard. The bed was surprisingly ok.

The room they put me in 107 had a giant hole in the ceiling and water was coming from it..also ceiling tile was all over the bed and floor with water pouring down.. the lamb didn’t work had to use my cell phone light to reach a light that turned on Trish T the lady at the counter was sitting in the lobby on the phone and acted like I was bothering her during my check in and quickly check the worst room in hotel history that I ever seen the worst dump I want to share pictures but there no spot for them this hotel needs to be shut down or renovated with a bomb demolished

I didn’t even stay , it was gross . There were bugs on the bed and all over the window . The fridge wasn’t even working . It was on but it was hot inside ‘ it smelled like cigarettes, the staff had a little attitude . I would not recommend this hotel for families ‘ especially young kids! It was suppose to be a fun family trip for us but it was ruined but overall , I got my money back instantly and we ended up going down the street to another hotel.

Worst hotel ever!!!!!

This was by far the worst hotel ive stayed in. It took 45 minutes just to check in by 3 different people!!!! They didn’t know what they were doing including the manager! My door lock was broke so I could not lock my hotel room. After telling the front desk all I got was great what’s next…. No new room no I’m sorry nothing. Room was not cleaned upon entering so we had to wait another hour to get our room!!!!! No one was of any help and they even felt put out that I was asking for help!!!! Stay away from this hotel!!!!!!!

As we came to check in no one could find us rooms even though we had reservations. It took over 45 minutes and 3 people to finally help us. Our room 311 the lock was broken so our door never locked. After telling the from r desk my response was figures. Doesn’t surprise me. What next!!! This was her response!!! She sat in the lobby in the couch and yelled at another customer because he wanted a receipt and she was so upset she had to get up and print him one!!! I will not recommend this place nor stay her again. There were bugs in the room as well getting into our food!!!

I didn’t even unlock the room. I was afraid for my safety and my husband told me to get out of there asap… There was someone strange going around knocking on all the doors, there was someone with a knife, there were four people engaging in strange activity hanging out near the entrance of my room. There was a woman with a fearful teenager who refused to get out of the car because he was so scared talking to management and they did NOTHING to help her. I didn’t even open the door to my room. I was going to try to just run in and lock the door, but there was a barrier of strange activity and not even that was an option. I turned around and left without ever entering the room. I lost my money here and got nothing out of it.

This property was extremely dirty. The first room i was checked into I requested to be non smoking. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, had holes burned in the comforter, it was obvious the floor had not been swept, stains on the sheets and dried urine on the toilet. I went to the desk to request a new room and the manager was extremely rude. I received a key to the new room, after entering and looking at the sheets on the bed they were stained even worse than the previous room. I walked down to the office and requested my money back so I could take my business elsewhere and the manger asked me to show him what was wrong with the room. This all happened very late at night and was not a pleasant experience by any means. I will never book at this location or recommend it. Definitely not a safe location either.

DONT STAY HERE HORRIBLE HOTEL

We have stayed at many super 8 ‘s before, I am writing to request my money back, and I have pictures to prove, before I booked through Hotels .com I personally called the hotel to inquire about a few things, my husband has a bad knee so an elevator would be needed no problem they have one, well we get there and there is a sign on the elevator that looks like it’s been there a while. Out of order, so he gives us a room on the second floor, which means walking up and down, we get to the horrible room, there is no safe in the room so I have to carry our passports around and iPad ext, we were attending the mopar show, no working smoke detectors, that’s a problem, pick up the phone to call front desk, guess what phone doesn’t work. This place was in such disrepair and dirty, and not taken care of, with the mopar national in town, all the other hotels were full, so we just dealt with it. You will see by the photos how terrible it was, strangely enough coming up here from Canada, on one website it said this hotel was permanently closed, well it should be, no one cleaned our room, the towels were dirty we stayed for 3 nights, on the last night I went to the front desk and asked the nice housekeeper when do they clean the rooms, she said if it’s a stay over you must request it. This was at 175 Beacon hill Blvd new Cumberland PA, I’m trying to get ahold of super 8 owner to let him know
