"Facilities are old. There are stains on sofa and chair. But staff are nice and helpful. Location is a bit far from city centre. Hotel is a 10 min walk from metro station, not far but not close too."
"The hotel is about one hour from Cheng Du Railway East . The facility is quiet and surrounded the convenience stores and any foods, drinks and finger foods. Walk safety at night. The room I had with good view. I will recommend the hotel. "

"Very clean property with good food options nearby. Quite a distance from tourist areas, however it's a good area if your business requirements are nearby. Also it's just 5 mins walk to the metro station, which is now an amazingly efficient service with trains running every 2-4 minutes. "
"5-star hotel property condition and facilities. Super friendly and attentive staff, modern hotel room with upscale washroom. Free laundry service, and too many to mention. Will stay again if I happen to be in the area."

"Beautiful place. Amazing food. Gorgeous staff (women and men alike) and all are kind and respectful and clean and helpful. All have translation apps and try genuinely their best to communicate in English with me without sounding like it's a chore.
One recommendation I would add is clear restaurant sifns\brands labels with map guide with "you are here" markers\checkpoints. I spent hours trying to find the entrance to the cafe and Italian Bistro after already trying the 5th floor restaurants. And the hotel is huge. If there was supposed to be a trail outside, o couldn't find it due to lack of signs. But i am only nitpicking because I needed any excuse to enjoy the lazy 5 star life instead of walking around :)"

"We arrived at 8:30pm. Restaurant was closed and not even the snack bar or coffee was available. No room service available and nothing explained. When we came down in the morning, lobby was full of litter and fast food bags. Room was clean and bed was comfortable so tolerable."
