Beautiful place. Amazing food. Gorgeous staff (women and men alike) and all are kind and respectful and clean and helpful. All have translation apps and try genuinely their best to communicate in English with me without sounding like it's a chore. One recommendation I would add is clear restaurant sifns\brands labels with map guide with "you are here" markers\checkpoints. I spent hours trying to find the entrance to the cafe and Italian Bistro after already trying the 5th floor restaurants. And the hotel is huge. If there was supposed to be a trail outside, o couldn't find it due to lack of signs. But i am only nitpicking because I needed any excuse to enjoy the lazy 5 star life instead of walking around :)

The room is a bit rundown: door lock can’t be closed, dusty surfaces, cigarette smell even though it’s a non-smoking room. Poor cleanliness too: hair around the basin, and worst is the anti slip mat in the shower area (the bottom of the mat is full of mould and bacteria). Otherwise, view from the room is superb, overlooking the park and quiet.

Wij verbleven op de 25e verdieping. De eerste dag was de kamer extreem warm (ongeveer 28/29 graden) doordat de ventilatie niet werkte. Hierdoor werd ik zelfs ziek. Na een melding zijn we de volgende dag verplaatst naar een andere kamer. Daar werkte de ventilatie wel, maar het bleef warm en het systeem was storend. Daarnaast was het toilet bijna elke ochtend verstopt, waardoor we eerst de conciërge en een loodgieter moesten laten komen voordat we het toilet konden gebruiken. Dit was erg onpraktisch en vervelend. De housekeeping was vriendelijk, maar erg opdringerig en sprak slecht Engels. Zodra je de deur opendeed, stonden ze er vaak meteen, of klopte ze aan… zelfs als je aangaf dat de kamer op dat moment niet schoongemaakt hoefde te worden, bijvoorbeeld omdat je net wakker was of net eten had besteld. Dit gold helaas ook voor de receptie, wat de communicatie moeilijk maakte. De enige echt positieve ervaring die ik heb gehad, was met de conciërge. Hij sprak uitstekend Engels en heeft mij met veel zaken geholpen. Dat was erg prettig en professioneel. sprak uitstekend Engels en was zeer behulpzaam. Al met al is het hotel oké, maar het verblijf was voor ons niet prettig. Ik heb drie jaar in Chengdu verbleven en in die tijd in meerdere hotels gezeten die aanzienlijk beter waren dan dit hotel.

The restaurants did not have many vegetarian dishes or options available. Some "vegetarian" dishes were flavored with bacon! You might want to consider at least some vegetarian options from the menu--not necessarily the buffets.

Great hotel, great staff. The amenities I used were top notch. The gym and locker rooms were clean and spacious. The "cafe" in the lobby courtyard is beautifully landscaped and the breakfast buffet is well stocked, fresh and tasty. The room was large, clean and well appointed. Service at all levels was pleasant and helpful, even through language barriers (I speak only two words of Chinese). I highly recommend becoming and IHG member if you haven't already. The perks are real. Our deluxe room (1 step up from basic) was on a club floor with a nice view, large bathroom, comfy bed and pillows. I didn't wake up with neck or back ache once (rare) even after miles of daily walking. Taxi service, lobby ATM and cash exchange machines, nearby restaurants and convenience stores- it may not be the center of Chengdu, but it's a great location and very convenient. I'd 100 percent recommend this hotel and it's staff

本来是要定环球洲际给小朋友玩水，不小心选错了；意外的是酒店视野特别开阔，打开窗户正对公园；百叶窗坏掉酒店主动给换房，还提供水果，很贴心；退房的时候才发现也可以去环球洲际玩水，小遗憾；下次朋友来可以推荐入住；早餐的品种也很多，餐厅环境很生态，不错！

There is no room available when i checked in at 3pm. The front desk only asked me to wait for an hour, but not offering any compensation until my friend asked for drink coupons. The environment is good and comfortable in general, but there is room for improvement in terms of service

チェックイン以外は良いホテルでした。

遅い時間（23時30分）のチェックイン、部屋がまだ掃除中との事で、1時間以上待たされた。 ※同行の３組も同様でした。 それ以外は、クオリティーが高いホテルですが、詰込み過ぎているのかも知れません。

Most things we like about this hotel is spacious room, comfy bed and good environment in hotel also various choices of breakfast to enjoy. Not really impressed with the service, no help from staff with the luggage and the check in took too long.

失望的体验

退房时前台服務员坚持说我未付房费而事实我在订房时已全额支付，同时我也把已全额支付的信息給他们看了。不知道是酒店的系統出錯还是Hotels.com 的錯。值班經理也不懂处理。太失望了。非常差的感覺！

el mejor Hotel al lado de la feria

Había estado alojado el año pasado en el HOLIDAY INN y quería ver la diferencia con este. Aunque sale más caro su calidad impresiona. Me dieron una habitación enorme de 40 m2 y se supone que era la estándar. El baño acristalado también me gustó mucho.

Perfect Stay.

This is one hotel in China that has got it all right. I give this hotel a 5/5. Fantastic Service, Excellent breakfast, Really good room decor, Comfortable bed and Great location located right next to the Exhibition center.
