Exceeded expectations

We loved this family-run hotel and felt so welcomed and at home. Nothing was too much trouble, from organising tours and an airport transfer, to organising a cork screw for our wine, everything was done with a smile and good cheer. The location was perfect and the hotel was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We would recommend Balloon Cave Hotel and hope to visit again!

clean and attractive hotel at a reasonable price

We were completely satisfied by our stay at this hotel. It's only 2 floors with maybe 5 rooms on each floor, and the 3rd floor is where the dining room (for breakfast only, included with stay, and very good) as well as the seasonal pool and roof-top patio are located. You can watch the balloons take off from there in the morning. It's a lovely view. The main Goreme commercial (tourist) zone is a few blocks away - a very easy walk with lots of restaurant and souvenir (and ice cream) options. It's a clean and attractive hotel at a reasonable price.

Öncelikle otel her yere çok yakın bir konumda. Oda çok temizdi ve sıcaktı. Kahvaltı açık büfeydi ve gayet yeterliydi. Otelden sabahları balonları izlemesi çok keyifliydi. We are truly pleased with our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The entire hotel staff is incredibly friendly, kind and polite, always willing to patiently answer any questions we had. The breakfast is fantastic—delicious and offering a wide variety of options. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, creating a cozy and relaxing environment. The location of the hotel is also perfect, just a short walk from the heart of Goreme, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. We truly felt like we were at home, and the hotel deserves the highest rating. Thank you for everything!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms and an excellent rooftop to watch the balloons in the morning. The hotel itself was very conveniently located. The area was a bit noisy due to close by construction, but that can’t be helped by the hotel. Everything else was great!

Really enjoyed our 2 nights at this hotel. First, rooms are nice and comfortable, the rooftop patio is perfect for watching the balloons, there is a dome up higher with a heater to sit and enjoy. The breakfast was delicious, they had a variety of eggs, pastries, meats, cheeses, fries, dips, cookies cakes etc... Parking is very easy just out front the hotel, walkable to anything and everything but in a quiet street. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful with anything you wish to do. The only issues we had, there was a slight smell in the bathroom which is extremely common..... and this is NOT a cave room or in a cave... this is a hotel with concrete rooms kinda maybe sorta wanting to be a cave.

Patates kızartması, menemen vb. kahvaltıda olması gereken çoğu şey var. Oda: Penceresiz, sessiz oda tercihimiz oldu. 106 numara. Dedikleri gibi gerçekten sessiz. Dışardan çıt ses gelmiyor. Fotoğraflardaki gibi düzeni temizliği aynı. Saç kurutma makinesi bozuktu, hemen istediğimiz gibi yenisini getirdiler. Oda ilk girdiğimiz saatlerde biraz soğuktu. Klima ile ısıttık. Sonradan kaloriferler iyi yanmaya başladı. Gece boyunca sıcaktı. Hizmet: Çalışanlar çok iyi, baştan sona yardımcı oldular. Karyolaları ilgili sorunu görevliye ilettim. Telafi edeceklerini söylediler. Teşekkürler.

スタッフがとても親切で相談にものってくれて　本当にお勧めのホテル　　岩の造りなのでWi-Fiが不安定なのが残念　他の口コミにシャワーでトイレまでに濡れるってあったが　バスルームの扉をシャワー室まで開けば問題なしです　美味しいレストランも2-300メートルくらいにいっぱいあって　便利です
