The staff was very helpful when the toilet was leaking in the room, and they took action moving to another room. This showed they truly cared, as some places would not be as responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

National Exchange Hotel
Lovely historical building, noisy, uncomfortable bed, coffee and tea , muffins same every day, no napkins, availabe in mezzanine. No refrigerator in rooms or coffee maker. Our room could use some work, broken arm chair, damage to wall. Unique!

Nevada City Inn
There was no ventilation in the room. The AC was ancient, filthy and loud. The desk person opened the bathroom window for us and the sill was filthy with spider webs and smelly garbage close by. The shower was good after it took about 5 minutes to get hot. The parking area was littered with trash. ...

We arrived late to check in. Cabin was ready for us. It's a cute cabin and looked clean. When we woke up the next morning we noticed how many mouse dropping that we around the cabin. Everywhere.
