It produced 5.8 Million ounces of gold that was extracted from 367 miles of passages. It also houses the exquisite "Cottage" built between 1898 and 1905 with beautiful extensive stately formal and informal gardens with fountains surrounding the home. Although the grounds, Cottage, and Mine are impressive, the picture shown stands out in the photos of the garden. #Nature

Comfortable clean room, if not facing highway 49. Pleasant and helpful staff. Free happy hour from 5 to 7pm daily and free off street safe parking. Walking distance, a few blocks to all the shops and restaurants!
