"Very Professional friendly staff. Check-in was slow bc everyone came back at the same to @ 3pm for admission. Front desk was superb bc they held my heavy bag until check-in was available. Huge, Huge Hotel! Lots of restaurants & (3) to (4) Huge conference rooms to use. Wow! I love the decor of this hotel, and the fact they had not only a huge swimming pool, but a gym, steam room & my favorite a Sauna room as well. Staff is always available for you. I’d definitely, recommend this Hotel not only to business travelers but just for a quick break from a business trip. I came in from the Netherlands just for a mental break, and I was happy I chose this hotel. If you have a large group to do business I’d suggest you check out their pricing for a conference room because theirs can accommodate easily over 500 people and they have a private reception for your guests. Restaurants on deck to accommodate with food as well. High End- top notch Hotel. I recommend it!"

"Lovely hotel, location fine, parking easy. Decent bar area. Only criticism is the self check in desk is a bit inefficient. Had two staff who could have done the check in, in seconds, stood there watching us fumble around. Self check in should exist for when staff aren’t around (late arrivals) or away from the mann check in desk to make more “slots available” during peak times. Having 3 computers and 2 staff telling people how to use the computers and not able to check you in on their own computer is just silly. We also had to queue to check out to get parking validated, which seems like something a computer system you had to use to pay for parking could have done during check in… didn’t ruin the stay but several of our party commented on how woefully inefficient the existing process is."

"The most professional, kind, welcoming and helpful front desk staff I had over three week stay in Europe. We stayed in several hotels and met many customer service people . No where was as amazing as this hotel’s staff - very helpful, didn’t seem cranky about having to speak in English, and very accommodating."
