"The room itself was OK, and the "hotel" was not so difficult to find. The problem was access. I got a message in German, but not being German it was not of any help. I could see a code on it, I guess to access the hotel, but it did not work. I called for help, and the phone was answered and was manager was helpful. I was able to get into the building. "Great location to railway station and public transport. Easy to catch trams into Marktplatz etc. Safe area. Good variety of breakfast. Staff are helpful. Rooms clean and comfy. Our double or twin rooms are small, bathroom a good size. Bathroom has the all in one wash liquid soap/hair Shampoo. Lovely lounge reception area, cosy."

"Zuerst möchte ich sagen, dass die Mitarbeiter wirklich super nett waren. Sie hatten immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Wir waren insgesamt eine Woche Gäste in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage ist sehr zentral. Wenn ich wieder nach Karlsruhe kommen sollte, würde ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten."

Just unfortunate to have this be the first person we interacted with after traveling all day and finishing our trip at this resort to relax and rejuvenate. Otherwise, an amazing experience"
