Schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und gutem Verdunkelungsvorhang. Gratis Kaffee, Wasser und Snacks in der Lobby. Parkplatz kostet 17€/Tag, was ich sehr teuer finde. Wir haben dann auf freien Parkplätzen wenige Gehminuten entfernt geparkt.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Lediglich im Bad war das Wasser sowohl in der Dusche als auch am Waschbecken extrem schwer bis unmöglich zu regulieren. Es schwankte zwischen sehr heiß (zu heiß) und kalt. In der Dusche war der Wasserstrahl auch extrem schwach, zu schwach um vernünftig duschen zu können. Vielleicht ein Problem dieses speziellen Zimmers und kann repariert werden. Ansonsten war alles super, Checkin, Checkout, Parken, Frühstück... nichts weiter zu beanstanden. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung ! Gerne wieder !

Clean room, nice spa, very nice staff! I was especially thankful for the General Manager who was so kind to us. We tried to pay for parking on the way out and she was taking care of the front desk while her employee was somewhere else. She could not ring us up and just gave us a ticket to get out. She didn’t make us wait and was very kind.

Mein Zimmer war OK, leider sind die Fenster nicht sonderlich schallisoliert - daher war die nahe Autobahn leider stets präsent. Ansonsten war alles in einem guten Zustand. Schade, dass der TV nicht alle deutschen Sender bietet und nicht Smart ist. Der Saunabereich, besonders die dortigen Duschen, wiesen einige Schwachstellen auf: Temperatur nicht veränderbar, fast alle Spender leer... Die Frühstücksleistung war leider nur 0815 Standard und wenig ansprechend: trockenes Rührei, wenig Joghurtauswahl, Nürnberger Würstchen zu "durch", ...
