"Big shout out for accomodating our early arrival due to a connection via Manchester Airport. Hotel and room was nice and clean, though I couldn't get the room to heat up, we had just come from Florida so were feeling the Liverpool weather. Breakfast selection was huge and well presented, grateful for that. Also greatful for the proximinity to Albert Dock and Liverpool One and centre. Would definitely stay again. "
