"Views are the main event at this hotel but not too far behind is the helpful staff: friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Amenities are great - my favorite the beach club. Shuttle takes you to the beach, they greet you, provide towels, you take two separate elevators down the cliff to the beach and subbed, umbrellas are ready for you. There’s also a bar and cafe on premises. The pool is incredible at the hotel and again the views from there are amazing. Overall 5-star experience."

"A beautiful hotel set up.high with beautiful views of Vesuvius. Lovely swimming pool and sunbed area with attentive staff. Breakfast was good, but too many cakes and pastries for myself, I would have preferred more savoury options. Staff were good. Room was airy and clean. Beautiful view. Good air conditioning. But make sure you book the annex. A lot more modern. Bar is expensive. We would revisit this hotel."

"The hotel staff were all friendly, helpful & welcoming, especially Teresa. The breakfast spread was great. The pool was lovely but could use a few more loungers. The room was a good size, recently refurbished along with the rest of the hotel & clean. One thing the rooms could do with though was a bit more storage - a couple of shelves or some bedside drawers. Lovely stay at this hotel & would definitely recommend."
